Live Challenge Schedule

Description: 3-5 Days in a row of 30 minutes of stretching for the toughest fascia in the body. Challenges are a great way to reset your health, jumpstart your stretching, get community support and accountability and learn live from John. Recordings get saved to the membership if you can't come live.
